| << Back to Categories GYNECOLOGICAL Letter of Appreciation We wanted to express our sincere appreciation to Dr. Shultz and the staff of The Center for Women that participated in our office visit. We were in Mountain Home on vacation when I had to be taken to the emergency room for what I thought was a spider bite. They wanted me to follow up with a doctor the next day. The site was still very tender and painful. After my experience at the emergency room I was very nervous to see anyone, much less them give me care. With your gentle bedside manner, calming voice and easy touch, I began to relax, mentally and physically, even with the pain. Your encouraging words made my husband and I feel much better. Not everyone has a knack for making one comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Doctors with your demeanor make patient care a much more pleasant experience.
